Only if you want to. Sello includes a lettings CRM. If you already have one you keep it and we extend it.
Who owns the data and the accounts?
You do. Records, leads, payments and numbers stay in your name and export in full whenever you ask.
Is this a bot talking to my applicants?
No. A first reply goes out so the Sunday enquiry is not left sitting. Every conversation after that is your team.
What happens if we stop?
You leave with a full export. The accounts stay yours. Nothing irreversible happens without a person.
